Everything seemed fine until one evening, my wife wished to persuade me to go shopping this weekend. And I exactly knew what she would shop for: electric bulbs . Ever since we moved to our new apartment here, we have witnessed too much of bulbs fusing or turning dim every now and then. Perhaps the power supply isn’t very continuous, and I wouldn’t want you to blame the government. No, you don’t let your ministers decide what bulb you buy, you get what you choose, right? Or maybe just that our building has gotten a terrible wiring, who knows where the problem lies. Now shopping on a weekend is a big NO for me! I wouldn’t replace my family time with any dull ‘ buy a bulb ’ hunt. So while I promised my wife to get the best bulbs for our home, I quickly analysed that we have been buying traditional bulbs whose era has dimmed, justifying why my bedroom bulb always gets dull within a month. Why do we buy ordinary incandescent bulbs (or CFL bulbs for that matter!) when we invariably kno
